Selling or Trading Emmelyn Hut for March 12 & 13 2027 (Weekend)

If you are exchanging hut space with other users: Do not charge more than what you paid. Please forward a copy of the hut trip confirmation email to the buyer as proof of reservation, and advise the buyer that the confirmation email contains a link to required waiver forms, the code to enter the hut, and links to additional trip information pages. Keep a record of the buyer's contact information.

I booked this Hut without considering that my community has a big event going on that weekend which many of my friends and family are involved in. The hut fits 10 people and the total (with taxes) is $1,218.5. I will send the confirmation email if you pay me directly for the hut.

I would also be happy to trade dates with someone that wants a weekend trip. I'm not as concerned with the time of week.
