Sangree M. Froelicher Hut Trail Conditions

I'm headed up to Sangree Froelicher on President's Day weekend and welcome any input on trail conditions. From 2012 which was also a bad year, I recall a fair bit of dirt on the road along Buckeye, but coverage after the lefthand turn (turn to the west) along the unnamed drainage toward the hut.
