I have a full reservation for the Betty Bear Hut for two nights: Monday, Feb 2 and Tuesday, Feb 3, 2026.

• Total Cost: $1,370 (Selling at face value)
• Location: Near the Continental Divide (accessed via Hagerman Pass/Skinner Trailhead).
• Includes: Wood stove, solar lights, propane cooktop, and incredible high-alpine views.
