Selling Full Hut -- Jackal Hut -- Saturday, July 12th 2025 -- 16 people

Hello, I am selling one night, Saturday July 12th 2025, at the Jackal Hut near Leadville. Sleeps 16 people, the website says you can drive within an 8th of a mile of the hut or take a ~3 mile hike. It's the full hut so no others will be there. I paid $684 total but am asking $600. Should be a beautiful day there!
