Selling Walter's Down, 4/20 & 4/21

Hi all! Our friends had to bail on these two nights at Walter's Down. My crew will be in Walter's Up both nights, but I'd love to sell the spaces for Walter's Down. Whole hut access. I paid $476. Happy to sell both nights for $300.
