ISO: Hut Reservation for August 1st-3rd or 8th-10th

Hi friends,
I'm looking at leading a retreat in August (either 1st-3rd or 8th -10th) and would love to turn it into a hut trip. If anyone has a line on one of those weekend reservations at one of the bigger huts during those datesthat would be fantastic. To reiterate, looking for a hut that is 12+ in size and it does have to be less than 4ish miles in approach.
