16 person capacity. Would prefer to sell whole hut at once. I'm in Morrison, CO so can meet up in person if you're close-ish and more comfortable with that. Looking to get what I paid for it ($1336.32).

Have this posted a few other places as well but will keep you in the loop if I can get a handful of others and part enough of the hut out (assuming no one goes for the whole thing).

I am interested in one spot, potentially three, for Friday and Saturday night at Peter Estin Hut if anyone has extra spots to sell.
