Selling High Lonesome 12/23 & 12/24 Full Hut

Unfortunately my family can no longer use our great reservation at High Lonesome to celebrate Christmas. We're hoping someone can take over the full hut for both nights (12/23 and 12/24).
High Lonesome is a fantastic family option with an easy 2.5 mile ski/hike in, running water, full electricity, dogs allowed, and a host of other comforts. Check out https://huts.org/hut/high-lonesome-hut. It'll make for fantastic holliday memories.
It technically sleeps 12 at $50 per person per night, but we've heard 10 is a more comfortable number. Total cost with tax is $1,272.
We prefer to sell the full reservation for both nights. If necessary, we may be able to sell the nights separately. We're not looking to sell individual spaces.
