Selling 16 spots for Eiseman 2/14/25

Hi,
Our group has a conflict and cannot use our spots. I am selling all 16 spots (whole hut) for 2/14/25, Friday night for the Eiseman Hut. Would prefer to sell the whole hut but will consider selling fewer spots if no one wants the whole hut.
Just selling for face falue, $41.76 per spot, $668.16 for the whole hut.
