What are possibilities for two people with ski gear to get from Vail to Vail Pass early in the morning? Uber?

Yes. For two people with ski gear, Uber or Lyft (preferably XL) is usually the easiest way to get from Vail to Vail Pass early in the morning. Availability can be limited, so schedule the ride in advance if possible.

A local taxi is often the most reliable backup for very early pickups. Public buses do not go to the top of Vail Pass.

Uber is available but unreliable for getting to Vail Pass early in the morning; it's better to book a local taxi or dedicated shuttle to ensure punctuality and space for ski gear.
