On 2/1/26 I lost a white G3 skin during my descent or transition. The skin is white with green/blue design on it, black glue side, with no clip on it somewhere on the Buckeye gulch trail between the TH and hut. I expect it to be on the trail in the first 2/3 of trail from TH (before it flattens out to the hut).
Please text or call 203-610-9634 if found, I’m located in Denver, but willing to travel to retrieve.

Re: Missing G3 skin - sangree hut
Our group is headed into this hut this weekend. I'll keep an eye out for your skin. What was the trail like? One member of our group suggested that skiers consider using snowshoes instead as the trail may have long stretches of dirt. What was your experience? Thanks in advance!

Re: Missing G3 skin UPDATE: FOUND - sangree hut
My skin was found and delivered to me, we are all set there
First 1/4 mi of trail on 2/1 was some mud and you can expect to boot pack that. After that things were consistently covered. However, 2/1 was incredibly warm and could see it having caused further melt since being up there.
On our way in on 1/30, a local told us to take the road instead of the trail at the upper parking lot bc of ice. We followed this advice. There were some icey patches on the road but not too bad. In the descent definitely some icey spots, rocks and roots to look out for but generally good skiing conditions coming down.
Near the hut, we enjoyed skiing the face directly behind the hut, we didn’t go too far from the hut itself.
