ISO hut trip donation

If you are exchanging hut space with other users: Do not charge more than what you paid. Please forward a copy of the hut trip confirmation email to the buyer as proof of reservation, and advise the buyer that the confirmation email contains a link to required waiver forms, the code to enter the hut, and links to additional trip information pages. Keep a record of the buyer's contact information.

Hi,

I'm reaching out on behalf of Gore Range Gravity Alliance (GRGA), an amazing non-profit organization based in Vail, CO. Our mission is to empower and educate women in the outdoors. We do this by providing women-led educational and social events. Our inclusive programming helps women develop confidence in the outdoors and develop lasting relationships.

GRGA is hosting our largest annual fundraising event on December 7th and we're looking for a hut trip to be donated to the silent auction at our event. The women in our valley are so grateful for your support and we're excited to continue fostering a community of bada** outdoor ladies.
